How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment online via SenangPay (Local Internet Banking, and e-Wallet payments) & Bank Transfers at http://jigjeob.com.my for online store.
For Flexi Pay N Go order via whatsapps, we accept Bank Transfers Public Bank Berhad “3824211805” JIGJEOB NETWORK CONCEPT

How do I make payment by using Debit / Credit Card?
Choose “SenangPay” as your payment method upon check out in our website http://jigjeob.com.my. We would direct you to SenangPay website to proceed with your payment.
Do you accept Internet Bank transfer/ Cash Deposit?
Yes, we do accept internet bank transfer / Cash Deposit. An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you place your order. Please make your payment according to the banking details stated in the email and notify us within 24 hours.*Orders with no payment notification within 24 hours will be cancelled automatically without notice. Cash refund is strictly not allowed even payment done thin the time limit.
How long it takes to verify my payment?
Please kindly give us up to 24 hours to verify your payment, do take note that weekend and public holiday is not our working day.
What if I cannot make payment within 24 hours but still interested to get the items?
Kindly email us at carcare.jigjeob@gmail.com if you cannot make payment within 24 hours. We will assist you from there.
Terms of Pick Up Service/Self-Collection
- Customer only allowed to collect the item in front of door
- Customer is not allowed to walk in the warehouse
- Customer provide the pick up name & telephone for verified purpose
- Customer is only allowed to make appointment 1 day in advance after payment made. (Not available for same day pick up)
Pick up time: Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm - Customer reschedule the appointment if missed the appointment or early inform our Customer Service
- Customer is not allowed to exchange items after goods sold are not refundable

Ordering Invoice & Anti-Fraud
• Our company is free use of official invoice, but a receipt (with the system can also be programmed for reimbursement)
• If you need a receipt, please leave a message to request us, together with the goods to help you attach receipt. (Otherwise there is no invoice)
* You are encouraged to request a quotation before placing the order. After confirmation, please make sure the bank account under our company (JIGJEOB NETWORK CONCEPT.) to avoid scam case
