Shipping Address

We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.

Please ensure correct addresses and reachable phone number are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.

We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us.

All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for a associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Change In Shipping Address

If you have any request for change of shipping address, please email us at carcare.jigjeob@gmail.com within 12 hours upon your order submission.

If request of change in shipping address is made after 24 hours upon order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

Shipping Time

It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays only.

Tracking Number

Once goods is picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be available. Any communication is to be via whatsapp/email.

We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.

Courier Service Delivery

JigJeob uses any courier to deliver goods. Please allow 3 working days for delivery in the cities and 3 to 7 working days for suburban areas. Take noted Shipping Fees charges on parcel weight which will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

How long will my order take to be shipped out?
For ready stocks order, we will send out your parcel within 3-4 working days after your payment being verified.

Backorder will be mailed around backorder’s ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated in every product detail.

An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

How long will my parcel take to reach me after being shipped out?
For all Malaysia orders, all items will be shipped out which takes 1-3 working days to reach.

Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?
Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being shipped from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5 working days.

What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight:
RM8/West Malaysia

For East Malaysia, East Malaysia, Shipping fees are subject to item type and weight.

Yes, We do. We offer COD or self-collection at our retail store.
